“It takes me two years to write a play, let’s write yours in two hours.” This is Chris’s challenge to the students in his workshops – which they love!
"I want to share with students the amazing period when a play is born, produced and performed. I want to demystify it all, make it totally accessible so they can capture the joy of writing and participating themselves.”
"Thank you for helping us be a writer." "Can you come back again Mister Leicester?" Pupils at Lache County Primary School, Chester
"On the 28 / 8 / 13 I had one of the best days of my life. Chris Leicester is one of the most fabulous and inspirational directors I have ever met. It was an honour to meet him. I learnt how to be a creative writer and about starting out as a director." Alfie Sleet - The Bromfords School, Essex |
